In June 2026, the Russian Ministry of Agriculture announced zero export duties on wheat, meslin, barley, and corn applicable between 1 and 7 July 2026. On 3 July 2026, the zero duty on barley and corn was extended until 14 July 2026. On 10 July 2026, the zero duty on barley and corn was extended until 21 July 2026. On 17 July 2026, the zero duty on barley and corn was extended until 28 July 2026. On 17 July 2026, the zero duty on barley was extended until 4 August 2026.
