In April 2026, the Russian Ministry of Agriculture zeroed the in-quota export duties on wheat and meslin, applicable for the period between 22 and 28 April 2026. On 24 April 2026, the Ministry extended the in-quota zero export duties on wheat and meslin until 5 May 2026. On 30 April 2026, the Ministry extended the in-quota zero export duties on wheat and meslin until 13 May 2026.
