In April 2026, the Russian Ministry of Agriculture decreased the in-quota export duties on wheat, meslin, barley, and corn, applicable from 15 to 21 April 2026. On 17 April 2026, the Ministry extended the in-quota zero export duties on barley and corn until 28 April 2026.
