In April 2026, the Russian Ministry of Agriculture decreased the in-quota export duties on wheat, meslin, barley, and corn, applicable from 15 to 21 April 2026. Following multiple extensions of the zero duty on barley and corn, it remains valid until 30 June 2026 (the duty on wheat and meslin expired on 21 April 2026).
