In December 2025, the Russian Ministry of Agriculture decreased the export duties on wheat and meslin applicable between 14 and 20 January 2026. Following multiple extensions of the zero duty on wheat and meslin, it remains valid until 10 March 2026 (from 15 February 2026, it applies as an in-quota duty only).
