Russia: Decrease in export duties on wheat and meslin (14 January to 17 February 2026)

In December 2025, the Russian Ministry of Agriculture decreased the export duties on wheat and meslin applicable between 14 and 20 January 2026. On 16 January 2026, the zero duty on wheat and meslin was extended until 27 January 2026. On 23 January 2026, the zero duty on wheat and meslin was extended until 3 February 2026. On 30 January 2026, the zero duty on wheat and meslin was extended until 10 February 2026. On 6 February 2026, the zero duty on wheat and meslin was extended until 17 February 2026.
