In April 2025, the Russian Ministry of Agriculture announced decreased export duties on wheat, barley and corn applicable between 30 April and 6 May 2025. Following multiple extensions of the zero duty on barley, it remains valid until 7 April 2026 (from 15 February 2026, it applies as an in-quota duty only).
