In October 2025, the Russian Ministry of Agriculture reduced the export duties on wheat and corn applicable between 15 and 21 October 2025. Following multiple extensions of the zero duty on corn, it remains valid until 31 March 2026 (from 15 February 2026, it applies as an in-quota duty only).
