In December 2024, the Russian government announced the allocation of RUB 9.7 billion (USD 91.94 million) to a state aid scheme subsidising preferential wheeled vehicle leasing. In addition, RUB 8.7 billion (USD 82.35 million) will be allocated to a state aid scheme subsidising the purchase of local cars by natural persons.
