In December 2024, the Russian government allocated RUB 27 billion (USD 250.61 million) in state aid to support the preferential wheeled vehicle leasing programme in 2025. It constitutes a RUB 10 billion (USD 92.82 million) increase compared to the total regular budget of this state aid scheme in 2024, which was RUB 17 billion (USD 157.79 million).
