In December 2011, the European Commission initiated a new anti-dumping investigation and definitive duties were imposed in March 2013. In March 2018, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive dumping duty was extended in May 2019. In April 2024, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in July 2025.
