EU: Conclusion of in-depth investigation of the Emirates Telecommunications Group's acquisition of the PPF Telecom Group under the Foreign Subsidies Regulation

In June 2024, the European Commission initiated an in-depth investigation into the acquisition by the Emirates Telecommunications Group Company PJSC of PPF Telecom Group BV, excluding its Czech business. In September 2024, the Commission approved the transaction subject to binding commitments.
