In March 2026, the US Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) issued General License 133 authorising certain transactions related to the sale and delivery of Russian-origin crude oil and petroleum products to India, provided the cargo was loaded on vessels before 5 March 2026.
