In November 2025, the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) suspended for one year the implementation of the interim final rule “Expansion of End-User Controls to Cover Affiliates of Certain Listed Entities.” The suspension is effective from 10 November 2025 to 9 November 2026.
