China: Licensing requirement for exports of 13 precursor chemicals to the US, Canada and Mexico (November 2025)

In November 2025, the Chinese government added the US, Canada, and Mexico to the "Catalogue of Precursor Chemicals for Export to Specific Countries (Regions)". With this, 13 precursor chemicals require an export license for shipment to the three countries.
