United States of America: Definitive anti-subsidy duty on imports of hexamethylenetetramine from China and provisional anti-subsidy duty on imports from India

In November 2024, the United States initiated an anti-subsidy investigation on imports of hexamethylenetetramine from China and India (published in November 2024, but the applicable initiation date is in October 2024). In March 2025, a provisional duty was imposed on imports from China and India. In September 2025, a definitive duty was imposed on imports from China. The investigation is still in progress.
