In August 2024, the Brazilian Company of Innovation and Research (FINEP in Portuguese) co-launched a project call to support the production of sustainable fuels used in the aviation and maritime sectors. The call is a joint effort with the National Bank for Economic and Social Development of Brazil (see related state act).
