Russia: Government announces export duties under the flexible export tax system (February 2024)

In January 2024, the government of the Russian Federation announced export duties under the flexible export tax system applicable in February 2024. The export duties on most goods will be reduced from 5.5% to 4.5%, while the export tax on fertilisers will remain at the same rate as in October 2023.
