Russia: Government announces export duties under the flexible export tax system (December 2023)

In November 2023, the government of Russia announced new export duties on a range of products for December 2023 under the flexible export duties system. The export duties on most goods will be reduced from 7% to 5.5%, while the export tax on fertilisers will remain unchanged.
