On 31 October 2012, Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) annouced the export quotas for agricultural and industrial products for 2013 (MOFCOM Annoucement No.74). Qualified applicants may apply for the quota to the MOFCOM or to local commerce authorities. The MOFCOM will receive the application from 1 November 2012 to 15 November 2012.
According to the announcement, there are no changes of export quotas for agricultural products. The only changes concern the quotas of the following industrial products:
Remark: Export quota on alumina and silicon carbide are removed from the list.
