United States of America (Texas): Governor signs Texas CHIPS Act and sets up the Texas Semiconductor Innovation Fund

In June 2023, the government of the state of Texas adopted the Texas CHIPS Act. The regulation established a USD 698 million Texas Semiconductor Innovation Fund which will provide financial grants to support the semiconductor industry.
