In February 2009, the European Commission imposed a provisional duty and in August 2009 a definitive duty was imposed. In August 2014, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in October 2015. In October 2020, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in October 2021.
