EU: Three Russian banks and one technology company added to the frozen funds list as part of sanctions package

In February 2022, the EU adopted a first sanctions package against Russia and two Ukrainian separatist regions of Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts. The package includes a series of capital control and financial restrictions on four Russian entities (three banks and one company).
