Canada: Extension of antidumping duty on imports of certain silicon metal from China

In April 2013, the government of Canada initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of certain silicon metal from China. In July 2013, a preliminary duty was imposed. In November 2013, a definitive duty was imposed. In October 2018, a sunset review was initiated, and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in August 2019. In June 2024, a sunset review was initiated, and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in April 2025.
