In August 2015, the government of Australia initiated a new anti-dumping investigation and in April 2016 a definitive duty was imposed. In July 2020, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended in December 2020. In May 2024, an anti-circumvention investigation on imports from China was initiated. In May 2025, a sunset review was initiated. In October 2025, the anti-circumvention investigation was terminated.
