Sri Lanka: Amendments to special commodity levy on imports of dhal and certain crude oil

On 18 June 2015, Sri Lanka made the following amendments to the Special Commodity Levy. The Special Commodity Levy is a composite duty on the product and no other tax, duty, cess etc. is applicable on the said product while the levy is valid.
