In April 2026, the Russian Ministry of Agriculture zeroed the export duty on sunflower meal applicable from 1 to 31 May 2026. In May 2026, the zero duty on sunflower meal was extended until 30 June 2026. In June 2026, the zero duty on sunflower meal was extended until 31 July 2026.
