On 20 February 2026, the Administration amended Executive Order 14324 by replacing the previous high IEEPA-linked and per-package duties on certain low-value postal shipments with a single 10% ad valorem duty tied to a temporary import surcharge, while maintaining the suspension of duty-free de minimis treatment.
