In December 2025, the Russian Ministry of Agriculture decreased export duties on sunflower meal applicable from 1 to 31 January 2026. In January 2026, the zero duty on sunflower meal was extended until 28 February 2026. In February 2026, the zero duty on sunflower meal was extended until 31 March 2026.
