In November 2025, the president of Russia authorised the sale by EVRAZ PLC of its shares in Raspadskaya PJSC and Timir Mining and Metallurgical Company CJSC. Under Decree No. 520 adopted in August 2022, all transactions related to certain firms in the Russian energy and financial sectors and involving investors from 'unfriendly' countries require presidential approval.
