In November 2025, the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) targeted several entities allegedly operating procurement networks supporting Iran’s ballistic missile and unmanned aerial vehicle production. This action applies to entities based in China, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Iran, Turkiye, the United Arab Emirates, and Ukraine.
