In November 2025, the president of Russia authorised Laurentene Holdings Limited to carry out transactions with shares in the Russian company Ivi.ru LLC. Under Decree No. 520 adopted in August 2022, all transactions related to certain firms in the Russian energy and financial sectors and involving investors from 'unfriendly' countries require presidential approval.
