In July 2025, Canada Development Investment Corporation (CDEV) confirmed the issuance of its first loan guarantee under the Indigenous Loan Guarantee Program. The guarantee covers CAD 400 (USD 292.09) million for a 12.5% investment by 38 First Nations in British Columbia in Enbridge's Westcoast pipeline system.
