In July 2025, the European Union adopted Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/1476, adding several entities from Russia, China, Azerbaijan, Mauritius, Hong Kong, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Singapore, and India to the list of entities subject to restrictive measures.
