In April 2025, the government of Brazil modified the List of Exceptions for Computer and Telecommunications Goods and Capital Goods (LEBIT/BK list), the List of Exceptions to the Common External Tariff (LETEC) and the List of Tariff Increases for Reasons of Trade Imbalances Derived from the International Economic Situation. The changes were introduced via an amendment of Annexes V, VI and IX of GECEX Resolution No. 272 of November 2021.
