In February 2025, the Russian government announced around RUB 9.61 billion (USD 111.02 million) to subsidise interest payments under loans paid by purchasers of Russian aircraft and flight simulators in 2025. It constitutes a RUB 1.67 billion (USD 19.29 million) increase compared to the total regular budget of this state aid scheme in 2024, which was around RUB 7.94 billion (USD 91.73 million).
