Russia: Government announces an export tariff quota on rapeseed from the Irkutsk region (30 January - 31 August 2025)

In January 2025, the government of the Russian Federation announced an export tariff quota on rapeseed from the Irkutsk region in the volume of 100'000 tonnes with a 6.5% in-quota tariff, while an out-of-quota tariff is 30%. The measure will be in force from 30 January to 31 August 2025.
