Republic of Korea: Government extends E-9 visa scope to cover restaurants nationwide

In July 2024, the South Korean government announced it would allow foreign E-9 visa holders to work in restaurants serving non-Korean food irrespective of location. With the amendment, E-9 visas can be granted for all restaurants nationwide.
