In December 2023, the Russian government announced changes to export duties on certain petroleum products for January 2024. In January 2024, export duties on liquefied hydrocarbon gases and ethane, butane, and isobutane were increased. For other petroleum products, zero duties were extended multiple times, remaining valid until 30 June 2026.
