In July 2023, the President of the Russian Federation granted a special authorisation allowing ERIELL Holding Company Limited (Cyprus-based) and ERIELL GmbH (Germany-based) to divest from their Russian subsidiaries, Eriell Management LLC and Energiya Neftegazovogo Servisa LLC.
