Canada: Extension of definitive antidumping and anti-subsidy duty on imports of certain oil country tubular goods from China

In August 2009, the Canadian authorities initiated anti-dumping and anti-subsidy investigations on imports of certain oil country tubular goods from China. In November 2009, a provisional duty was imposed. In March 2010, a definitive duty was imposed. In June 2014, a sunset review was initiated, and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in March 2015. In February 2020, a sunset review was initiated, and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in December 2020. In October 2025, a sunset review was initiated.
