In August 2023, the government of Brazil modified the List of Exceptions to the Common External Tariff (LETEC) and the list of goods with temporary import duties reductions due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The changes were introduced via an amendment of Annexes V and VII of GECEX Resolution No. 272 of November 2021.
