In November 2021, the Japanese Cabinet Office Home announced the Economic Measures for Overcoming COVID-19 and Opening Up a New Era" package (コロナ克服・新時代開拓のための経済対策 in Japanese). The package sets out a series of economic, social and health measures as part of the Japanese COVID-19 recovery plan.
