United States of America: Definitive antidumping duty on imports of freight rail couplers from China and Mexico

In October 2022, the United States initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of freight rail couplers and parts thereof from China and Mexico. In March 2023, a provisional duty was imposed against imports originating from China. In March 2023, a provisional duty was imposed against imports originating from Mexico. In July 2023, a definitive duty on imports originating from China was imposed. In November 2023, a definitive duty was imposed.
