United States of America: Restoration of Madagascar's AGOA benefits and removal of Eswatini's benefits

In a Federal Register notice published on July 1, 2014 (Volume 79, Number 126) President Obama changed the list of countries benefiting from the African Growth and Opportunity Act (AGOA). Under AGOA nearly all products imported from beneficiary countries are granted duty-free treatment provided that they meet the program’s rules of origin.
