In September 2022, the Italian national financial institution Invitalia and the Italian Ministry of Agriculture launched a EUR 500 million financial grant scheme to support investments in environmental impact reduction and digitalisation of the Italian agri-food, fishing and aquaculture, forestry, and floriculture sectors.
