EU: Adoption of a price cap mechanism for Russian crude oil and petroleum products, as well as additional trade sanctions

In October 2022, the EU extended additional sanctions against Russia in the context of its invasion of Ukraine. The package includes the establishment of a price cap mechanism for Russian oil and a series of trade sanctions.
