Turkiye: Extension of definitive antidumping duty on imports of synthetic and artificial staple fiber yarns from China, India and Indonesia and from Chinese Taipei, Bangladesh and Cambodia following anti-circumvention investigations

In January 2009, the government of Turkiye imposed a definitive duty. In July 2016, the definitive duty was extended to import from Chinese Taipei and in October 2018 the definitive duty was extended to import from Bangladesh. In December 2018, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in May 2020. In March 2021, definitive duties were extended to imports from Cambodia following an anti-circumvention investigation. In May 2025, a sunset review was initiated.
