United States of America: Extension of antidumping duty on imports of certain tissue paper products from China as well as from Thailand, Vietnam and India following an anti-circumvention investigations

In June 2009, the definitive duty was extended to imports from Thailand following the conclusion of an anti-circumvention investigation. In February 2010, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in July 2010. In April 2010, the definitive duty was extended to imports from Vietnam following the conclusion of an anti-circumvention investigation. In July 2013, the definitive duty was extended to imports from India following the conclusion of an anti-circumvention investigation. In June 2015, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in July 2016. In February 2021, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in November 2021.
