United States of America: Extension of anti-dumping duty on imports of diamond sawblades and parts thereof from China (Termination of duty on imports from Korea, Rep of) as well as from Thailand and Canada following anti-circumvention investigations

In November 2009, a definitive duty was imposed. In October 2011, the United States revoked the measure from Korea, Rep. of. In December 2013, a sunset review was initiated from China. In November 2014, a sunset review was initiated from China and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in September 2015. In August 2020, a sunset review was initiated from China and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in April 2021. In July 2019, the definitive duty was extended to imports from Thailand following the conclusion of an anti-circumvention investigation. In October 2020, the definitive duty was extended to imports from Canada following the conclusion of an anti-circumvention investigation. In March 2026, a sunset review was initiated on imports from China.
