In July 2020, the United States initiated an anti-subsidy investigation on imports of phosphate fertilizers from Morocco. In November 2020, a provisional duty was imposed. In April 2021, a definitive duty was imposed. In March 2026, a sunset review was initiated. In July 2026, the definitive duty was temporarily suspended.
