United States of America: Extension of countervailing duty on imports of welded line pipe from Rep. of Korea and Turkiye

In November 2014, the United States initiated an anti-subsidy investigation on imports of welded line pipe from Rep. of Korea and Turkiye. The investigation is still in progress. In March 2015, a provisional duty was imposed. The investigation is still in progress. In October 2015, the definitive duty was terminated from Rep. of Korea. In December 2015, a definitive duty was imposed on Turkiye. In November 2020, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in June 2021.
